Department of Motor Vehicles
The Department of Motor Vehicles provides services for permits, original, and renewal drivers' license as well as abstracts of licenses, Conditional and restrictive licenses and enrollment in the Drinking Driver Program.
DMV issues a variety of types of license plates. Plates are available for cars, trucks, ATV's and snowmobiles, plus livery, rental, ambulance, buses, etc.
The Greene County Records Management Program provides inactive records storage, retrieval, and destruction services for over 30 County Departments. We also provide access to many public records in storage. We are located at 465 Main Street, Catskill, NY. The Records Center is open from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.
