NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Scott R. Templeton, County Highway Superintendent, pursuant to Section 133 of the Highway Law and Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, will receive sealed bids for the Greene County Highway Department for each of the following assorted materials: Geotextile Fabrics; Lane Gabion Baskets; Pavement Marking; Standard Box and W-Beam Guide Rail, New and Used; Steel Sign Posts; Traffic Control Signs – Engineer and High Intensity Grades, Aluminum Blanks, etc.; Transit Mix Concrete; Washed and Screened Crushed Stone; Rental of Various Equipment.
Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Greene County Highway Department, 240 West Main Street, P.O. Box 485, Catskill, NY 12414 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Sealed bids should be clearly marked with the item bid. Bids will be received at the office of the Greene County Highway Department on Monday, April 29th, 2024 until 10:30 a.m. and will be opened and publicly read at 10:30 a.m. the same day.
The County Highway Superintendent reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
