Mental Health

The Greene County Mental Health Center’s physical building is currently CLOSED due to preventive measures.

Our staff is continuing to serve the community by providing services remotely via telemedicine.

  • All appointments will be handled through telemedicine and you will be contacted by your provider.
  • If you do not have an appointment please call 518-622-9163 to request a new appointment.
  • Medication refills will be handled through the phone and our nurses will still be providing injections by appointment only.

Greene County Mental Health continues to provide its full array of mental health services remotely via telephone and video calls.

Psychotherapy, Medication Management, Care Coordination, Crisis Services, and the clinic’s Open Access Clinic continue to be provided.

It is understandable that given the stress people are experiencing from this COVID-19 outbreak there may be an increased need for mental health services.

Before you go to the Hospital’s Emergency Room, please contact Greene County Mental Health.

We can either help address the concerns you have without going to the hospital and risking exposure for yourself and hospital staff, or we can help determine if your need is greater than we can handle and then direct you to the appropriate resources.
