Thank you for visiting our website and learning about our office. I am one of 62 District Attorneys who have been elected in counties throughout New York State. Our office is responsible for prosecuting individuals charged with committing crimes within Greene County. We regularly appear in each of our county's 19 town and village courts, as well as in Greene County Court in Catskill where the most serious cases are handled.

Our office consists of six prosecuting attorneys, a crime victim's
advocate and two legal secretaries. We all strive to serve the public to the best of our ability and we are dedicated to prosecuting criminals, assisting crime victims and helping to provide a fair and consistent system of justice within Greene County.
