Report a Positive COVID-19 Test


Find Isolation Requirements After Positive Test


If you live outside of Greene County, please contact the public health authority in the county in which you reside.

As of January 1, 2023, Greene County Public Health Department will no longer be calling positive COVID-19 cases.

In order to receive isolation paperwork, please report your positive test below. All paperwork will be sent via the email address provided.

If an employee/volunteer/student tests positive for COVID-19 in New York State, the employer/school must immediately notify state and local health departments and cooperate with contact tracing efforts, including notification of potential contacts, such as workers, students or visitors who had close contact with the individual, while maintaining confidentiality required by state and federal law and regulations.
