Greene County COVID Cases Rising in Advance of Thanksgiving

Greene County wishes you and your family a happy and safe Thanksgiving. However, the rate of COVID-19 infection is rising rapidly in our local communities right now.

We urge you to follow CDC guidelines and stay home for Thanksgiving and avoid all non-essential activities.

Wearing a mask, staying socially distant and handwashing are vitally important when you are in public to help reduce the risk of your exposure.

If you are contacted by Greene County Public Health, please be as honest as possible so the job of contact tracing is complete.

Please monitor yourself for symptoms, (sore throat, cough, and fever, loss of taste or smell, and/or body aches).
